Import Stock Transfer Docs

Follow the steps given below for Import Stock Transfer – Virtual Branches

Step 1:  Go to Import Stock Transfer – Virtual Branches option From Export/Import Data. Select the STO Document and click on Refresh. Press Space Key or double click on the Import Doc to select or unselect the document and then click on Start Import. This will automatically create the Stock Transfer Inward entry. If a message has been prompted saying that the Please specify exchange Rate for Document click on Start Import please refer Step 2. (Refer to the Image below)

Step 2: While click on Start Import, if a message has been prompted saying that the Please specify exchange Rate for Document. Go to Set Defaults for Stock transfer inward you have to untick the Prompt Exchange Rate for each Document option and then click on save button.  (Refer to the image below):
